Strategies announced today that Dewey Bartlett mayoral campaign has won five prestigious national advertising awards. Three of the awards were announced Saturday by the American Association of Political Consultants. Karl Ahlgren praised Bartlett and the A.H. Strategies’ team of creative vendors for achieving excellence. A.H. Strategies served as the general consultant on the campaign. The rest of the team included The Strategy Group for Media, who directed the broadcast media, Front Porch Strategies, who devised the phone marketing strategy, and Majority Designs, who directed the creative messaging. “We want to commend Mayor Dewey Bartlett for building a dynamic team for his campaign and for his strong leadership,” Ahlgren said. “His energy and vision helped excite our expert team here at A.H. Strategies.” The three Pollie Awards received by the campaign were announced Saturday by the American Association of Political Consultants. The two Reed Awards were given by Politics Magazine, according to Ahlgren, general partner and co-owner of A.H. Strategies. The Pollies are hailed as the “Oscars of political advertising” and represent the best of the political consulting industry for the year, Ahlgren said. A.H.
